Yesterday’s blog spoke of the potential power of the untapped mind. Some estimates say we use only 50% of our brain…which is why rehab can be so effective after a stroke or brain injury. Other estimates say we use only 10%. Which means there’s a whole lot of untapped potential there!
The mystery of it all…even though is energy on it’s most basic level…all the chemical reactions/hormones that make everything happen in the body is energy. This energy field is what dogs sense/smell when you’re afraid.
There are so many healing modalities that we are now just beginning to scratch the surface of. For instance, EFT, which I spoke of in a previous BLOG http://www.elainescribner.com/?p=326 . This tapping on acupuncture/acupressure points which seems to re-balance your system. I have taught it to so many people who report relief of pain an anxiety. One person, who had reported an anxiety level of 45 on a 0-10 scale, came down to a 3 after only 3 repetitions. Last summer I cured myself of a life-long fear of heights with it.
