This is the “E” of the BEST stress management technique… “E” is for eat…but I’m not here to preach to you…you all know what you need/want to do…but the reality is HOW do we get there…it’s all about habit…and it’s about the need for comfort food as well (certainly now), but Moderation is the key and my video will tell you why.
